Turnberry in Ayrshire, Scotland — Residents of the Turnberry resort in Scotland were spooked over the weekend when the four horsemen of the apocalypse appears over the signature Trump golf course, the UK Daily Mail is reporting. The dire manifestation of the end of the world appeared ahead of a massive thunderstorm that caused minor damage to the resort.

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are described in the last book of the New Testament of the Bible, called the Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ to John of Patmos, at 6:1-8. The chapter tells of a book or scroll in God’s right hand that is sealed with seven seals.  Though theologians and popular culture differ on the first horseman, the four riders are often seen as symbolizing Conquest or Pestilence (and less frequently, the Christ or the Antichrist), War, Famine, and Death.

Biblical scholars are divided on the meaning of the four horsemen’s appearance, but all agree that it can’t be a positive sign for President Trump’s 2020 aspirations.

“I’m not sure how this could be a positive sign for President Trump,” said SMU anthropologist and Biblical scholar Henry “Hank” Starnes, PhD. “I mean, the arrival of the four horsemen is never a good sign. And to have them appear over a Trump property is probably not a good thing, you know?”

The apparition lasted over 20 minutes, causing hundreds of Scots to seek shelter and pray.

“Whit’s fur ye’ll no go past ye,” said local Scottish resident Marley Taylor speaking in an undecipherable dialect. “Don’t be a wee clipe. Lang may yer lum reek. Guid gear comes in sma’ bulk. Ya know?”

The Trump organized declined comment for this article and the events over the Turnberry in Ayrshire golf course.
